Wang Ze, male, born in 1987, graduated from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology with a major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation. He is a senior engineer and currently serves as the Chief Engineer of Vertical Grinding Research and Development at the Technology Center of Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co., Ltd. He is a recipient of the "May 1st Labor Medal" of Jiangsu Province, a third level talent of the "333 Project" of Jiangsu Province, and a young technical expert in the fourth Jiangsu building materials industry.
The project "Vertical Grinding Production System for Switching Production of Cement or Mineral Powder" led by Wang Ze, based on energy-saving and environmental protection requirements, realizes the rapid switching of grinding cement and steel plant waste slag. The power consumption of slag grinding system is reduced from 43kwh/t to 32kwh/t, and the power consumption of cement grinding system is reduced from 32kwh/t to 25kwh/t. Industrialization has formed the R&D and manufacturing capabilities of 15-400t/h high-pressure vertical grinding equipment, including the PFRMSK46.3 cement slag vertical grinding production line provided to a company in Zhangjiakou, which has leading technical performance indicators in China. The research and development achievements of this project have been authorized with 3 invention patents and 4 utility models. After the industrialization of patent achievements, a total of 16 sets of various specifications of vertical mills were sold, with a sales revenue of 260 million yuan. This project has been recognized as one of the "Top Ten Advanced Operating Methods for Employees in Jiangsu Province".

The project "Low rank Coal Clean Utilization Pyrolysis Process and Rotary Kiln Complete Equipment" participated by Wang Ze is based on the needs of coal clean utilization and low-carbon development. It integrates coupled drying pyrolysis, high-temperature flue gas circulation utilization, and intelligent monitoring system to pyrolyze low rank coal into high-performance fuels (upgraded coal and high calorific value gas) and high-value chemical raw materials (light tar), achieving "source" control and effective reduction of pollutant emissions, breaking through the key "emission reduction" technology goal of reducing NOx and SO2 emissions by more than 20%, and increasing the calorific value of upgraded coal from 24MJ/Kg to 28MJ/Kg. The industrialization has formed the research and development and manufacturing capabilities of a complete set of equipment for 100-600t/h pyrolysis rotary kilns, among which the specifications of the Φ 6.5 × 138.5m low-grade coal upgrading rotary kiln provided to a company in Xinjiang have reached the forefront of the world. The research and development achievements of the project have been authorized with 2 invention patents and 14 utility models. After the industrialization of patent achievements, a total of 10 sets of pyrolysis rotary kilns were sold, with a sales revenue of 350 million yuan. The technical achievements of this project won the "Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress First Prize".
The technical achievements of the "PFY Waste Treatment Rotary Kiln" project, in which Wang Ze participated in the research and development, won the first prize of the Provincial Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award; The project of "Defect Control and Structural Improvement of Rotary Kiln Large Gear Ring" won the third prize of the "Dixon Boiler Cup" National Building Materials Industry Technical Innovation Award.
He adheres to the concept of "research and development service production" and has obtained a total of 14 national authorized patents, including the first inventor of invention patents for "switchable vertical grinding production system for cement or mineral powder", "hydraulic control system for four roll slag vertical grinding rollers", and "multi roll cement vertical grinding roller with mutual backup"; He published a paper in Jiangsu Building Materials titled "Discussion on the Selection of Cone Angle Tolerance for Vertical Grinding Roller Core Roller Sleeve Cone Fit Surface", proposing the basis for precision manufacturing tolerance control; He participated in the development of industry standards for "Non mechanical Non metallic Material Ultra fine Powder Vertical Roller Grinding Machine" and group standards for "Rotary Kilns for Cement Industry".
